Serving as GSK's Vice-President and General Manager for Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andean region, he achieved a remarkable 30% revenue increase from 2007 to 2009, totaling US$129 million.

Duke is a Board-Certified Executive Coach (BCC) and Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach. He is a consultant for Luminova Pharma Group and a board member of the National Health Fund (NHF) Jamaica and AMG Packaging. His career began at Nestle, enriching him with foundational marketing expertise. Duke holds a BSc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from Nova SouthEastern University.
